Went to the store to pick up my order and was promptly greeted and informed that I had purchased the incorrect product. The staff swiftly provided the options for the correct size and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Great service!

I had a great overall experience today when I picked up and had my new mobility scooter batteries installed by the fantastic employees at the batteries plus store near me. I ordered the batteries that I thought were right online and they were in stock so I came the next day to get them installed. I ordered the wrong ones, but they had the ones I needed in stock so there was no problem with switching them and having me go out the door a happy customer.
