Extremely helpful staff
My screen had cracked a few days ago. I decided to set up a claim and tmobile offered me to get it fixed with out any fee's. I set my appointment for today at 1030am and I arrived early @ 10. Elyssia was great, very well spoken. Great customer service, explained all the steps. Got my phone fixed fast. Definitely coming by here again
Initial motorcycle battery had and issue and Batt Plus quickly resolved it with a replacement to the defective battery. Customer service great and fast.
Very friendly service. Ordered by phone so order could be picked up later that day. ORder was ready when I arrived. Very happy.
