the absolute worst battery plus in the state. I have commercial account with the national company. The manager talked me into buy batteries from them since they are close to my office. First bad battery they are denying my warranty on a 4 year battery after 6 months. When she tested it showed 13.2 volt but when she put a load on it it went to 5.2 volts. Had an appointment to repair cracked screen on my phone through my insurance. Showed up and the girl with rude demeanor working the counter came around corner with an attitude like she was being bothered. I told her I was dropping off phone for repair and she looks up my info then just leaves to the back without saying a word to me and comes back with we don’t have that screen part and needed more approval from my insurance to allow them to use another part which made no sense. I ordered a battery for my golf cart from the Queen Creek Batteries Plus store. Shortly after my order was placed, I received a call from Josh asking me if it was okay to order a new battery for me because the one they had on the Shelf was over six months old. Of course I said it was okay and he said it would be in by Friday. It was actually in the store by Wednesday, 2 days early!
