Poor customer service. Waiting and waiting and waiting without acknowledgement, holding a heavy item, while a mom and kid in front of me took more than 10 minutes to talk about something they wanted repaired. Never even got "we'll be right with you." I was ghosted so I ghosted the store.
Who ever heard of a store closing down for lunch at 4 PM. Especially this store. Never coming back to this one.
the absolute worst battery plus in the state. I have commercial account with the national company. The manager talked me into buy batteries from them since they are close to my office. First bad battery they are denying my warranty on a 4 year battery after 6 months. When she tested it showed 13.2 volt but when she put a load on it it went to 5.2 volts.
