I went for a watch battery change and it didn’t work but they still charged me $17.99 ! I went to the other person and they told me that the battery they put was not the right kind of battery ! I don’t recommend this place for watch batteries !
Terrible. Bought a CYL10087 X2Power 200A at your Queen Creek store Aug 7 25. It failed and tried to warranty at same store at 7pm Dec 20, 2025 so I could ride my motorcycle Dec 21. They said they couldn't find under my account, I didn't buy at that store and if I wanted one that night I had to buy a new one. Mad, I bought a new one as I needed then not Monday. Ive had to replace my phone screen like 5 times this year and every time there staff has been so great and my phones always done before the 2 hour mark. Awesome service thank you !
Sold me a dead battery. 0/5 stars. What kind of battery shop sells dead batteries. You had one job👎
Poor customer service. Waiting and waiting and waiting without acknowledgement, holding a heavy item, while a mom and kid in front of me took more than 10 minutes to talk about something they wanted repaired. Never even got "we'll be right with you." I was ghosted so I ghosted the store.
