I bought a replacement battery for my motorcycle. It was in stock.
Had a great experience with Savannah at the Queen Creek location. She provided great customer service in a timely manner. I will be a returning customer.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I had a disappointing experience. I asked for assistance with a battery replacement and was left waiting without communication. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I believe customer service matters, and I hope management addresses this so others don’t have a similar experience.
