The clerk was very nice and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Especially, since it was my first time in the store. And I wasn't 100% if they cut keys. THANKFULLY, they do.. I didn't have to end up waiting that long. Which is GREAT. Overall I had a nice experience. I would definitely go back to the store. Especially, if I needed anything battery related. Or any more keys cut. Kudos Batteries Plus...
Charles did a great job troubleshooting the issue with the original battery and gave excellent service in replacing it with a new one.
