Always great customer service
i came in to pick up a battery I ordered online and was helped by a gentleman who’s name i didn't catch. I ended up ordering the wrong battery and he helped me find the right one for my vehicle to install. He was super nice, knowledgeable and very personable !! For sure will come back here again.
Purchasing a replacement laptop power supply. Could not verify product online but indicated one is available. So I drove to the store where the very helpful clerk attempted to contact the supplier, but got no answer while there. Ordered, hoping supplier did have. It arrived at store today. I retrieved it from the store, got it home, and discovered the specs were close (not indicated on outside of box). It's a "universal" that uses adapters to fit different interfaces. That is completely unacceptable. We will see what happens... read more

Needed a car battery. Eddie tested the old battery and determined it was on the way out! He replaced the battery on the spot. He was very courteous and professional! I would recommend this store.
