I attempted to purchase a key at one Batteries Plus location, but the individual who identified himself as the owner refused to complete the sale. He questioned me excessively about my intentions, even though I was simply trying to buy a key. I then went to another Batteries Plus, where I was able to make the purchase, but the employee there also displayed an unprofessional attitude. Based on these experiences, it appears the company has ongoing issues with customer service and staff professionalism.
I always get such excellent care when I go to this batteries plus! Eddie helped me with my problem! I am so impressed with how much care they give their customers!
I needed my keyfob fixed for about 2yrs and when it finally broke in 2 I reached out to a few places. Batteries plus was BEYOND affordable and very accommodating. I went in wasnt aware needed to make an appt since they have to make sure they have the type of keyfob you need on stock as well as programming it, they were able to take me before the schedule appt and it only took 30mins. AMAZING... thank you!!!
