I had a great experience at Batteries Plus on Southern Blvd! Dave helped me with a key fob replacement and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My name is John and I visited store BP913, which is located on Southern in Rio Rancho NM on 4/1/2025. I experienced a warm welcome from Raul Sr and questioned him on a truck battery. He was very informative and went out of his way to assist me any way he could. He performed a battery check of the battery was already in my truck. I bought a new battery from his store and he installed it with professionalism and care. I came in for a generator replacement battery. Service was great and I was in/out in 10 min and that included battery fill up. I’m a happy customer.
