I arrived 2 min before my appointment and Marcey helped me with check in and was super thorough. He had my phone fixed in 45 min or so for the front screen crack. Phone is as good as new! Thank you!

Found what I needed. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and very kind. They're lucky to have him as an employee.
I set up an 11:30am appointment and drove over 20 mins to the store to get my phone repaired on my lunch break from work and when I got there the door was locked and no one answered the phone. There was no warning. There was no email advising they won't be open. I understand emergencies happen but if you're allowing people to set up appointments then you should let them know if you're not going to be open at the time because I wasted my entire lunch break going here and my phone is still broken and the claim on my phones ins... read more
