Came in around 7:30 at night. The lady that worked there showed up a few minutes after I entered the store. Didn’t really seem like she wanted to help seemed like she was annoyed that she got a customer. I already looked up that y’all had the universal key clicker that I needed and I was not going to pay the installation fee. I was going to do it myself. I had gone to Batteries Plus for a Harley Davidson FOB battery, but didn't have the actual FOB. 🤭 The employee looked my bike up online, determined which battery it used and I bought it. It wasn't until several days later that I had the opportunity to get the FOB and open it. I thought the battery was too big. I drove back & explained this to the employee on duty.
