I just found out they replace quartz watch batteries while you wait. Zephan got my almost new Seiko watch running again, and for $5 more, I get lifetime batteries for it. They also take flourescent bulbs for recycling, and are the only place I know of around here that does. (Home Depot and Lowes only take CFL bulbs, not the long ones.) They also sell a good selection of coin batteries for watches, hearing aids, etc. if you want to replace them yourself. Nice. Fast. Competent. I needed a new car battery after work and they fixed me right up. The nicest young fella and manager were so helpful in educating me on the different types of batteries. They helped me make the best decision for me. They were able to take my dead one out, put the new one in right then and make sure I was good to go before leaving. I left feeling much safer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON X2 BATTERIES!!!!. The batteries are extremely high maintenance and will fail without notice. The warranty is a joke. The protocol for the batteries is to do everything they can to not replace the batteries. If the voltage is below 10, you are just out of luck, regardless of how much warranty time is left on your batteries. Great experience! Salesman was super nice, polite, on a Sunday afternoon before closing! He knew exactly what I needed, found it, changed it out in my mom’s old flip phone and made sure it would take a charge. Also gave me a 10% coupon for anything in store. Will definitely return for more oddball batteries and normal ones too!
What a helpful group of guys. Mike, Trey and Zephan were all delightful. I came in with a rarely use but expensive piece of photography equipment that I left batteries in which caused corrosion. It would have cost me a lot to replace it. Trey cleaned it for me at no charge. After it seemed that it was a lost cause, Zephan wanted to keep trying and he got it to work. I am so grateful.
