Quick, efficient and courteous customer service. We needed a key fob battery replaced and the associate took care of everything for us.
Store doesn't follow warranty policies even with their X2 battery having 2 years remaining on the warranty. They found a way to get out of warranting their "best" vehicle battery because it was drained. When I dropped off the battery, it was dead and running at 9 volts. Sam was amazing. He made me feel secure from the start that he knew the issue and that I wouldn’t have to spend a dime. More sales associates need to be like that, welcoming and reassuring when there’s something to be stressed about lol I was so worried I’d have to spend so much money replacing my phone or getting it fixed. Thank you, Sam.
Tried to call. Rang six times and then just hung up on me. Second time I called, was answered on the second ring. Sadly they did not carry the bulb I was looking for.
