Excellent customer service. Helpful and very competent. If you need advice on what is best for your needs, this is the place. Edited for new status Incompetent, bad advice. They can't even charge up a cell phone ,then diagnose bad battery. Then order a battery they can't get, and expect you to be without a phone for 2 weeks. Fixed it myself Took the phone battery out, and let the phone reset, then the phone charged up.fine Maybe the jab got to them. Miss the young people who were working there, who knew what they were doing.
The house batteries in our adventure van decided to call it quits during a cross-country move. Sam’s store carried the exact batteries we needed(after visiting other stores without success), let us park in his store’s garage to get out of the hot sun while working, and fully fixed our wiring when we hit a problem. Did I mention Sam worked past closing and was so generous with his time?! We felt so lucky we stopped by this store. You simply will not find better service!
Quick, efficient and courteous customer service. We needed a key fob battery replaced and the associate took care of everything for us.
