This place is so good! Great price on a replacement battery for my car & even greater service from the Team member that assisted me. Sadly I did not get his name but did learn he is originally from Indiana & he ran track & ayed basketball. He saw me pull up & pop my hood and assumed correctly I was there to pickup my battery. He proceeded to come out & remove my old battery & after looking at it realized I had purchased the wrong one online. He confirmed the correct battery & came back out 1 minute later to install it. My car battery died not far from their store, they came and jumped me about three minutes after I called them. They installed the replacement battery I purchased in no time at all. Thank you very much Terrence(?)!
Broke my watch changing batteries, sent it out for repair, not fixed, ghosted me after that, finally found the watch maker said it was broken and should buy a new one.

Excellent customer service. Helpful and very competent. If you need advice on what is best for your needs, this is the place. Edited for new status Incompetent, bad advice. They can't even charge up a cell phone ,then diagnose bad battery. Then order a battery they can't get, and expect you to be without a phone for 2 weeks. Fixed it myself Took the phone battery out, and let the phone reset, then the phone charged up.fine Maybe the jab got to them. Miss the young people who were working there, who knew what they were doing.
