Fast and excellent service! The tech did a great job replacing the battery in my key fob.
I had to get my phone repaired due to a broken screen. Sean was able to get it fixed within an hour it was super knowledgeable along with being a very nice young man. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience.
Real WISE certified technicians that are capable and willing to help. I had an issue with a portable powerbank and went to 5 other electronics stores that turned me away. Most places had their hands tied with policy or put up lengthy excuses to why they couldn't help. Very happy I stopped here. Not only did Sean understand the issue with my powerbank within seconds of looking at it, he was able to quickly help. I will be returning for any of my Battery needs!
Terrible customer service. I tried to get new car keys made. The manager said he was too busy and I had to make an appointment. The old manager never had issues with walkins. He said he had phones to program for customers, but no one was there so obviously he could have done it. They weren't waiting, I was and appointments were. Rude! Never needed before. They literally close in 6 hours and he said he had no time for me today. I explained I was going out of town and needed a key today and he didn't care at all.
