I ordered two keys more than a week ago. I called several times with no answer. I went one time again again no answer and I already paid for the next time I go I will go and get my money my refund. I do not recommend it go somewhere else wasting time real bad.
Perfect experience!!! I can't remember the guy's name who helped me ( I think its Mike or Matt) but he was great. I went in to get my keyfob programmed. He was Very professional, answered all of my questions, even stupid ones. It was a very quick service, painless service. I was quoted $135 for the service elsewhere and it was $84.99 here. I literally saved time money and energy. Highly recommend. I will go back for future services.
I went to this location to get the battery replaced on an iPhone 13 last Saturday. Both gentlemen there have been extremely helpful and kind. The battery replacement that Apple couldn’t probably do got done here in ~2 hours. Definitely recommend.
I went to the Manassas Batteries Plus location on 7/22/2026 at around 3PM. There were two employees, one was a trainee. I received exceptional customer service. I was presented with multiple options to replace the battery I needed, the options were affordable, the employee installed the new battery for me into the UPS quickly and expertly, at no charge, and recylced my old battery, all while mentoring the trainee employee in the process.
