Terrible customer service. I tried to get new car keys made. The manager said he was too busy and I had to make an appointment. The old manager never had issues with walkins. He said he had phones to program for customers, but no one was there so obviously he could have done it. They weren't waiting, I was and appointments were. Rude! Never needed before. They literally close in 6 hours and he said he had no time for me today. I explained I was going out of town and needed a key today and he didn't care at all.
I was looking for a battery for my old Harley and Sean helped me find one that matched the old factory specs. Thank you for your help. He was genuinely concerned about getting the right part.
Great pricing and availability!
I went here to find batteries to fix grandsons small light. I wasn't informed there were no returns on opened packages. So, the next day, when this didn't fix light, I went to return the batteries and basically am out $10. It would have been nice if they informed me ahead of time. Little light wasn't worth $10.
Always polite and professional service. We shop here regularly - so many items in stock, including a battery for my 10-year old laptop. Thank you!
