Editing to add that I called the number the owner gave in their reply, and the customer care rep told me that these issue go through the store owner. Why are you sending me on a wild goose chase? Been a customer here for years. Spent thousands on batteries for our 3 vehicles, trailer, solar panels, and motorcycle. I would even go out of my way to purchase batteries for electronics here. Been a customer here for years. Spent thousands on batteries for our 3 vehicles, trailer, solar panels, and motorcycle. I would even go out of my way to purchase batteries for electronics here. Well, I was denied a warranty replacement for my 2 truck batteries that were purchased well under 12 months ago. Thanks for helping me get rid of that $500 I had burning a hole in my pocket!
