Very helpful staff. I was able to take in my small UPS and they helped to find the right battery as well as install it. I was concerned that I would not be able to find the right battery that would fit. Not much extra space for the battery. It turned out great!
Batteries Plus is my first choice for watch battery replacements! Great location with excellent customer service and minimal wait times.
The employees don't know about the product they are selling. I gave them the information for the battery size I needed and they gave me the wrong size and told me it was the correct size. When I tried to return the incorrect product they gave me they would not take it back. When I tried to buy the correct size they told me they don't carry the size I need.now im out 40 dollars and stuck with batteries i have no use for
Gabriella is amazing very knowledgeable in the products and what is available definitely went beyond in my experience
