Bad interaction and I will not do business with Batteries America again. Bad communications, no follow up, and rude folks. I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Icom ic-v82 on August 16 from Batteries America. They charged my credit card and sent me an order received email. Ordered a battery for my digital camera and called shortly after because I realized I set the wrong address. I called and was told that everything would be updated and fine then I noticed my order was canceled and the battery is no longer available to purchase you could’ve just told me that you no longer have the battery or send an email to verify that rather than saying positively that everything was handled. Ordered cell phone battery and paid for USPS priority shipping for 2-3 day delivery. Three business days later I get an email saying it has shipped and to allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Ordered two batteries for two cell phones. Took over a week to receive them. One lasted three days and won't charge. Had to put orginal battery back in. Emailed them no response. Called a few days later said they'd send replacement battery. Ten days later have received nothing. Don't waste your time. Three weeks with no cell phone battery? Ridiculous.
Lamentável. Fiz uma compra no site desta empresa no dia 3 de abril de 2025, paguei pelo produto (2 baterias) e por algum tempo pareceu que o pedido estava em andamento. Porém agora, mais de 3 meses após a compra o produto não foi enviado e não consigo nenhum retorno com relação a devolução dos valores pagos (US$103.85) ou ao envio dos produtos.
