A charming spot with a delightful staff! Everything was delicious; the house made ketchup is INCREDIBLE, and when I finished my leftovers (the portions are very generous, and the price point reasonable!), I found myself wanting more of everything! The potatoes fried in beef tallow were perfectly seasoned, too. I will definitely be back to sample some of the more adventurous offerings!
Second time I’ve had the truck out for a company meeting. Can’t express enough how happy the staff was with the service and food. I will definitely be bringing them out again. Thank you.

We tried the dessert waffles at the Grand Rapids Christkindlmarkt this year and they were fantastic! I got the traditional liege waffle dusted with powdered sugar while my husband tries the reese's trouble which was so decadent. These are definitely not your ordinary waffles!!!
