If you can make it all the way to having a repair person from Batten's Appliance arrive at your home, you will receive excellent service from the repair person. However, the office staff gives terrible customer service. I filed a claim with my home warranty company over the past weekend and was informed that Batten's Appliance was assigned to do my repair.
