These guys are like family to me. I made an appointment to have my battery checked. They saved my life. I was a few starts away from blowing up my entire electrical system. This is a Genuine, Honest and Reliable shop, to say the least. I have been doing business here for 20+ years.
Came in with a flat tire and they were quick to jump on it and take care of it for us. Pep boys across the street said it would take 45 minutes till they got to us at 8 am in the morning because their employees don't start working till 8:45...why open at 8 if they do not start repairs till 8:45???
My family has been using Batten for over 30 years and they are amazing! My daughter is in the Navy and stationed in Virginia. She drives all the way to Ocala to have her maintenance done on her Subaru because they are so honest and affordable. We will never go anywhere else.
Amazing how there are so many great reviews for this place! I can't understand why they were so incompetent when it came to my car. They kept putting parts on it until I finally said ENOUGH! $600 later another mechanic told me what was wrong with my car. I warn everyone I know about this place.

Highly recommended. They helped us out as our alternator took a crap as we were evacuating Ocala . Mechanic and manager were great got us in replaced our alternator and our a/c to help us out. Thank you guys so much . Very nice people mechanic Phil knew what he was doing it took him 15 minutes in and out no problems . Highly recommended ��
