I met with Bill from Battavio back in late summer 2024 to talk about the potential of adding some level of cooling to my facility. I'm a local business owner for the last decade, and 9 of the last summers we've provided our services without air conditioning (or any temperature control in the warm months). I called Riely and had a fantastic experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and once the part we needed was delivered and he was back onsite, he was done in about 15 minutes. Great experience! He explained everything in detail including the science behind what happens to your air and system when it’s working versus when it’s not and I was thoroughly impressed with his ability to articulate this!! Super knowledgeable and amazing response time and customer service!

They came to do work and didnt complete the work. They left us a handwritten note that told us 3 other things we had to do before they could finish the work stating “then call Battavio back to finish the work”. We chose not to call them back as Chester County fuel and oil could complete all the work for us and was way cheaper literally stating that any furnace servicer should have been able to do a smoke test and clean our furnace.
