We engaged Battavio Heating and Plumbing for a plumbing inspection and PM contract, but the experience felt far more like a sales exercise than a service engagement. During the plumbing inspection, a simple sink sensor issue was flagged. When I asked for a quote, it came back at $500. I told the technician I would handle it myself. Dan from Battavio just serviced my HVAC system. He was very professional and respectful (first question he asked me was should he put boot shimmies on to protect my hardwood floors!). Quick, concise, and never once did I feel he was trying to gouge me for $/problems that didn't exist. I will use Battavio for all of my HVAC plumbing needs.
