I met with Bill from Battavio back in late summer 2024 to talk about the potential of adding some level of cooling to my facility. I'm a local business owner for the last decade, and 9 of the last summers we've provided our services without air conditioning (or any temperature control in the warm months). I called Riely and had a fantastic experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and once the part we needed was delivered and he was back onsite, he was done in about 15 minutes. Great experience! He explained everything in detail including the science behind what happens to your air and system when it’s working versus when it’s not and I was thoroughly impressed with his ability to articulate this!! Super knowledgeable and amazing response time and customer service!
