9am appt, arrived at 8:10am. Checked in & assigned a dock but he told me they’ll start unloading in a bit. I decided to back into dock 3 off the street, since there was a truck already on either side. Just be patient and wait for traffic to clear a bit then assert your size and the cars will stop for the most part. Backing in was smooth and the unloading started around 9am & only took 30mins.
Let’s talk about the guy you have driving one of your delivery trucks through the city of Chicago like a maniac!! He almost side swiped my car when he swung into the right lane to pass another car on the right! 6/12/26 @ about 5:50pm. Truck 28 - N - 5 Then to skip the light at the intersection of Kedzie and Addison, he whipped his truck through the Portillo’s parking lot and went out the other side! That driver is going to kill someone with a big truck that says Battaglia all over it!

First time here. I had there food that was served at a luncheon. Glad we were able to buy it Direct. The prices are very reasonable. I'll be a regular going forward.
