Dry freight check-in is near dock 1 inside the gate. Cooler check-in is inside the indoor docks. You have to park on the street to check in. The cooler docks require you to back in from the street. You'll want to be facing north on Ashland so you can sight side back into the docks. Easiest way to do that is to come in off I-55. Take the Damen exit.
