After trying a few vets, we finally found one that understands my dog’s Olympic-level anxiety. The entire staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. Vet tech Dominique was absolutely wonderful, so patient, gentle, and calm with my dog - and also thankfully very strong! She took the time to let him get comfortable instead of rushing him, which made a huge difference. I went to Batt Veterinary Services for the first time for my two dogs annual visit. Dominique was our technician and she was absolutely wonderful. Very informative with prices and options for flea/tick and heartworm prevention. She drew their blood with no problem. I've got one neurotic pup and one chill pup and even the neurotic pup did well with them. Dr. Batt was extremely knowledgeable and really gave me so many options with my itchy dog.
