Update: Gwen helped me recently and she provides excellent customer service, wasn't pushy, gave me actual recommendations based on what I was saying as opposed to what she wanted to sell and actually said she'd write a note and look into getting more Platinum and Gold Flipside (and even if that's not true she at least made me feel heard so that's just as good). Been politely asking for Platinum Flipside to be restocked while helping run through the inventory of Gold Flipside carts and now that's eliminated, too. So my option... read more
