As a homeowner, investment property owner, and frequent traveler who stays in deluxe to luxury accommodations, I strongly discourage anyone from working with Suzanne and her team. Our party of four (all professionals in our late 30s) booked a stay at Northcliffe Apartments- managed by Suzanne from Bats Property Development- for a peaceful getaway. These managers are completely UNHINGED. They are the managers of the Northcliffe Building in Maroochydore and are notorious for bringing both guests and owner's in this building to tears with their abuse. We recommend people STEER CLEAR of this group.
