No regard for people’s time, I have had 3 appointments and have had to wait an hour plus past appointment time to be seen.
Very dissatisfied with this office and its staff. My mother was sent home with a heart monitor, but the device would not turn on. I called the office three separate times and left voicemail messages requesting assistance, yet no one returned my calls. As a result, we are now heading into the weekend without a working monitor, and an important medical test may not be completed as scheduled. I used to frequent this cardiologist and was regularly seeing Dr. Batres. Everything was pretty good- he was attentive and caring. Near the end of my visits they switched doctors on me and I do not know this guys name. Due to having a major heart related incident that landed me in ER almost a week ago- I came back to this office. I was given the same unknown doctor and received very little information on what to do. I have been here a few years and I have had nothing but issues . Especially with the girls at the desk and whom ever answers phones and also dr. Batres medical assistant she denied me getting refill on my meds even rejected the pharmacy request ! I called 6 times no response finally I called and raised hell and demanded i get a call back as I was experiencing side effects of not having my heart meds ! Dr. Batres was detailed in his exam for my initial appointment. I waited 50 minutes to spend 10 minutes to get an echocardiogram on my second visit. No apology, just wasted my time after waiting a month for the appointment.
