Dr. Batres was detailed in his exam for my initial appointment. I waited 50 minutes to spend 10 minutes to get an echocardiogram on my second visit. No apology, just wasted my time after waiting a month for the appointment.

March 2026 Update: since my initial review, I’ve noticed better service with office management. We’ve been attended within a more reasonable time. The office has done a great job with communicating future appointments and reach out to both numbers on file to ensure confirmation, this is important given that my mom doesn’t always check her phone and many times would miss text or calls from them. I’ve just been in a car accident, I’m keeping all my bearings, but the most frustrating part of all this is that I’m trying to call the office to let them know I won’t be able to make my appointment in time and I was on hold for 10 minutes! I called multiple times throughout the last 20 or so minutes with no answer! This on top of any other time I’ve called and have not been able to reach anyone. Si quieres morir del corazón pide una cita para este lugar .Haz llegado a tu cita de las 8 am ,haz estado en AYUNAS, te haz apuntado en la lista el segundo y te han pasado a 7 personas por delante para los exámenes y te han atendido a las 9 y 6 minutos ,si es a las a la 1 pm llegan 15 minutos después de la hora y te pasan 5 personas por delante ,y te atienden a las 2 y 30 minutos siendo tu el primero en apuntarse, increíble la puntualidad que hay en este lugar o no sé como dividen su trabajo .No vale la pena pagar para esto,... read more
