I was treated by Dr. Batres in the early 1990's before infertility specialists were common. Dr. Batres was so nice, considerate and made me feel very comfortable with all the treatments, both surgical and in-office. At that time, his nurse was Debbie and she was wonderful too. My condition required me to be sent to UAMS for IVF and GIFT because that was the early days of infertility procedures and were not done by clinics. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Batres.
Dr. Batres has a great personality. My husband and I tried to conceive a child twice. First time I became pregnant, and unfortunately we had a miscarriage. We tried again and were not able to conceive. If we had the funds we would have continued. Thank you Dr. Batres for your time, effort and kindness.
Arkansas Fertility staff were extremely kind and respectful. When I had a question, it was answered the same day if not the next morning. Dr Batres made our visits lighthearted through a stressful time for us and he remained positive through our experience.
Terrible, lack empathy and compassion towards certain patients. Very biased!
Dr.Batres front office staff is rude and very disrespectful to the patient s. I strictly asked for an open MRI and they schedule me an closed MRI. Then the office manager only worry about the payments instead of scheduling you an appointment to discuss your results. It took forever for the office to call an prescription in that I need to take before the closed MRI. I need to pick up before I headed out for a job conference. I read reviews before visiting physician and was very doubtful about seeing physician .A good friend referred me to DR BATRES, staff was friendly and professional, office clean , neat not overbooked, The physician was spectacular very attentive, interested in my health , informative.DR BATRES explained everything he was going to do before exam and did follow up with me right after exam and explained everything,diagnosis, treatment and referrals all in one visit,very pleased.GREAT OFFICE
I have not even been seen and they have caused more problems than help. If the office staff is any indication this place needs to be scrapped and someone should open a new fertility clinic in Little Rock. Office staff needs to be fired and hire people that actually care about patients.
He doesn't let you make your own decisions about what direction you want to take your treatment. He doesn't give you all of the information so that you can make an informed decision. He talks to patients like their stupid and he talks like he above you especially women.
