They open at 07:00 keep the doors closed when entering the dock 2.5 hours for PU
I arrive at 11 AM for a 4 PM. I asked me to return at least 330 to check in. I come back 3:30PM they assign me a door and they asked me to back up To the dock with the trailer door closed and don’t break the seal. Very slow unloading huge yard clean restroom
I had a 7 am appointment, I had a trailer tire blowout 26 miles from the delivery. Dispatcher contacted them to inform them of problem. Took almost 3 hrs to get repaired. Arrived at 9:50 was told to come back in office at 11 . Received a door to back in at that time and have had a green light for 2 more hrs with not starting to unload !! Will probably not make my backhaul at 3:30 in northlake as the close then!! Wouldn’t recommend delivering here
