He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. He cares about his patients and the office is well organized.
Excellent doctor....there's no match to his expertise. But the wait time is unreasonably long. Even after scheduling the appointment well in advance you have to wait 2-3 hours for him to see you. Nobody picks up the phone or return your call when you call the office or leave a message. You have to personally go this office, just to schedule an appointment.
I've been a patient of Dr. Batoon for over 25 years, and I can confidently say he's the best. His knowledge and expertise are truly remarkable, and he always takes the time to listen to all my concerns. Nora is absolutely wonderful; she's been with him for many years and is incredibly efficient and kind. Dr. Batoon makes sure his patients feel well-cared for.
