Dr. Batoon fit me into her busy schedule to remove a crown that I couldn't get off myself. Her willingness to help during my one-day visit to Scottsdale from Houston made all the difference and saved me from an additional costly trip. My husband had dental work done in Flagstaff. Unfortunately the temporary crown came off two days later. We reside in the valley and called our daughter, who is our dentist, as to what we should do. She contacted Dr. Batoon. Thankfully, Dr. Batoon agreed to see my husband even though it was her day off. We never met this lovely lady before. She was very gracious and helpful in our time of need. We are forever grateful to her in saving us from making an additional trip to Flagstaff. Thank you Dr. Diana Batoon!!

UPDATE: My jaw pain has continued to improve since my first visit, but I have made the decision to discontinue treatment at this office due to billing issues. My TMJ treatment is covered under my medical insurance, but my dental insurance specifically excludes TMJ treatment. My dental insurance was billed for several visits. Some of these claims were denied by dental and never billed to my medical insurance, leaving me responsible for the entire charge for the visit.
