Great service. There accounting department is less than knowledgeable. They send a bill. I call to tell them they sent insurance claim to wrong company. So, they sent one line item to the correct insurance company then sent the rest to a collection agency. I’ve been fighting this for 9 months now! Quite annoying and time consuming. Paid the collection agency for one. BRRG Needed proof I paid it. 😡 I had to provide proof. Why didn’t the collection agency provide proof.
