X-ray went fine in June. Everyone there very professional. Fast forward to last Friday when I receive a bill from a COLLECTION AGENCY for a small amount of money related to the x-ray. We received no bills at all from BR Radiology and now I'm a deadbeat with a collection agency on my case. Tried to contact BR Radiology's billing department only to be given a new number to call. The woman I spoke with was wonderful and told me my address was not only wrong it had the wrong name on the account. Just googling BR Radiology online... read more
