I have been going to court alone never even met my public defender but once no assistance with my decision in regards to how I plea or anything else he'll I thought he was the prosecutor at first didn't even know the charges I was facing and now I'm going through so much rigmarole just because the judge decides to make a mokery out of my life
I have no issue with the representation of this office. I question the ethics of its employees, some of which have been in the news lately openly violating Rules of Professional Conduct. I have had one of their employees, Jeanna Wheat, accuse me of a crime. She actually had me arrested and this office defended me on said crime. I am out on bond and the charges were never accepted. I've reported Ms. Wheat to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. I am reporting her client, and boss, Joseph Scott, as well. Now she is trying to re... read more
