Went in this morning, three people at the front desk & they weren’t welcoming. I simply asked to have a physical resigned using a different form than the one they gave me and they wouldn’t. (At the schools request) Definitely won’t be going back.
Awesome staff! Very friendly, professional and polite. Dr. Traci Woodard is the best, genuinely kind and graceful. I especially love it when people are happy to do their jobs. (Took my daughter for a LHSAA physical & they went the extra mile.)
