Excellent, efficient, professional service
Terrible customer service when it comes to the billing process. I had to pay the full amount up front and they filed the insurance. My insurance paid and I am still trying to get my refund almost 2 months after receiving notice from my insurance that they paid. Multiple phone calls and messages, I am always told they send refunds on Fridays but I still have not gotten it. I also never get a call back, I have to continually call.
