Dr. Herman is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I've been to a different periodontist before and swore I would never go back. The opposite can be said for Dr. Herman. I don't think I would ever go to anyone but her. If I moved out of state, I would drive or fly back for my periodontic needs.
My experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Everyone was very nice and attentive. The doctor and staff took the time to listen to all concerns. Every step was explained.
