BRG has been an awful experience. The workers here have been extremely unhelpful with an incorrect coding of a yearly wellness visit which took more than a year to (hopefully) resolve. Multiple phone calls with Anthem and BRG occurred followed by 30-45 days of waiting for BRG to (again) incorrectly code/bill the wellness visit.
