Arrived on time for my appointment again today and was told there would likely be a 45 minute wait to be seen, from the doctor. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the scheduling at this location.
I waited 40 minutes today to be seen for a scheduled appointment that I was on time for. Left after 45 minutes. Their scheduling failure wasted my time & my time is money. I hope it doesn’t happen again.
I went first thing this morning when they opened 8/2/21. I went for IV Hydration Therapy and also got a COVID test (negative). The receptionist, RN, and NP were very nice and I was seen in a timely manner. I got the Renew Stress Relief minus the pain medicine and felt great afterwards. I will be back! Thanks y'all!!!
