No one cleaned our room the entire 4 days we were there except for this wonderful housekeeping lady named Ms. Nimia. She was amazing. EDIT : We had to come back about a month later and every time there is a shift change, my mom doesn't get her pain meds for at least an hour after I call them. Severe pain from cancer and they just let her sit there and suffer. EDIT : IT is now day 2 and the shift change is causing the problem once again.
