I had a fantastic experience with the caring staff at St. Elizabeth when I had my MRI. I am claustrophobic and was terrified, and the staff was so patient. BUT, I never received a bill from BRRG, but was turned over for collection. Funny, they had my address for that. Ck'n with my insurance co, the bill is paid. I'm still trying to get my bill resolved and my name cleared with the collections agency. Soooooo?????
I have had both a CT scan and MRI at the Oneal center and the staff is BEYOND AWESOME! I will not go anywhere else in the future. I have problems with anxiety and I did not have the first attack because they made sure I was more than comfortable.
I would not go anywhere else for MRI studies. I have had many MRI's over the past few years due to an ongoing medical issue. I have had them done at Neuro-Medical Imaging, Health South, OLOL and I am never going back. The facilities at Baton Rouge Radiology Group on O'Neal are THE BEST!!. I felt terribly the day I had a Gastric Emptying Test but the people were really kind to me. Remember your experience in any place is based on the way YOU act. You need to be patient with all of the others patients that are before you and any obstacle that is in your way. =)
