They were quick, very nice, and clay was fantastic getting blood. Had my doubts when I read the initial reviews, but I give them 5 stars for excellent service.
They only patient here and they are taking forever just to get some pain meds. Did the pain medicine run away? We coming up on 1 and a half hours and still in pain. It ended up being about two hours before the meds were brought.
Baton Rouge General Ascension Emergency/doctor's office is a great addition to ascension parish just off hwy 73 from I-10. The facilities are very clean and doctors are second to none. It's a smaller setting for an emergency room hospital and the doctors there who do primary care are very well versed in the General Practitioner care services. I would recommend this place to anyone located in the ascension parish area who doesn't have the time to make it to Baton Rouge General in Baton Rouge or to the Lady of the Lake hospita... read more
Horrible! We still have no idea what is wrong. You go in with rectal bleeding, naeusa, vomiting and Horrible stomach pains and you wait 5 .5 hours and they say might be stomach virus...Well I can tell you when a 20 year old says please bring me to the hospital and is as white as a ghost, there is something wrong. We will never make this mistake of going there again. Should have never closed down the Prairieville E.R on Airline. They were not busy who knows what they were doing for 5.5 hours. Unprofessional. I took my husband here because the urgent care sent us to the ER for treatment. We got into a room pretty efficiently. It took them at least an hour to start treating him for and infected wound. I left to check on our children for maybe an hour. When I returned I found the room with medical syringes and bloody gauze places anywhere. They put one IV in both arms and drew blood for test and there was blood on the bed from that.
