At this point, they just need to CLOSE THIS HOSPITAL DOWN!!!! There is no way that you have to wait so long to be seen, when there’s literally no one in the lobby. I’ll never understand that and then for you to sit there all that time for them to do absolutely NOTHING! Please believe the reviews because it’s true and time for something to be done about this. I just hate that I saw the reviews late. They literally serve no other purpose but to collect our money for no work done whatsoever.
Horrible, Rude unprofessional people especially the front security guy who thinks he’s a cop what a joke! lol I came in here for bloodwork where he sends me to 2nd floor that wastes 20-30 min of my time because no one was there because it’s not open on Fridays! The rude security guy told me to go upstairs so he doesn’t have a clue. When I came back downstairs then I checked in again and he asked me for my id and insurance card! After seeing one insensitive dr. Yorek Friday & a nurse who couldn’t even help me pull up my underwear with my rotator cuff injury, I woke up in even more pain. The pharmacy was closed Friday night and I literally cried all night. Next day I get the anti inflammatory that was prescribed and decided to be open minded that somehow it would make the pain subside. It DID NOT!!
