Ordered a mattress set from ****** and was sent a message that Baton Rouge Cargo had been trying to contact me. I called and spoke to a very rude man that barley spoke English. A delivery was set up for 3-24-22 between 9am and 1pm. A truck arrived at 2pm and driver had a base for mattress. I asked where the mattress was and he said that's all that was loaded. He called and talked to someone who said the mattress was in the warehouse and they would deliver it on Monday between 8am and 12noon. No one showed on Monday so I call... read more
Absolutely awful company. I paid for an a $500 treadmill to be delivered to my porch. They dropped off the item, left it outside in the rain, and left the box unopened. Of course the item was damaged. I called to complain and they said "you should have paid for better service." I didn't know companies can just drop things off anywhere without even trying to avoid the item being destroyed. Next time just drop it off at the end of road and run over it.
