Terrible, inconsiderate service. I showed up exactly on time. One hour later, I left, pissed off and not knowing how much longer I would have to wait, still not having seen the doctor. If a doctor is running late, I understand, but not letting the patients know this so that they can be prepared is unacceptable and rude. Currently looking for alternative. Management needs a shake-up.
Terrible front desk service as well as employees. Very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate. Lonny is really rude she needs a meeting with upper management. Please do better!
Wonderful, caring people. I feel much better physically now. Still have dizziness but went to physical therapy for a while. It comes and goes lol. Pacemaker doing fine. Dr Newsome and staff are wonderful. The minute I walk in one of the ladies says good morning and my name. Love that place. I had to edit. Put the wrong dr down. The one that saved my life. Wow. Wonder if I have the heart to tell him the next time I see him.
I receive excellent service! This is a very compassionate staff of caregivers!
