Avoid Batkin & Damme – Extremely Disappointing Experience I brought my 2010 Honda Civic (limited edition, well-maintained with 190k on the clock) to Batkin & Damme after a minor accident (not my fault, fully covered by the other driver’s insurance). The process started okay – getting a quote for the $5k repairs was straightforward. However, that’s where the professionalism ended. 1. Been meaning to leave this review for a while. I collected my vehicle after it was stolen and recovered on verbal advice there was no damage found. On collection, immediately noticed a rear seatbelt had been torn out. Pointed it out to the business owner Andrew who got defensive and rude, and when I didn't seem happy at his advice a belt could take weeks to arrive, he said "you're not the only one who had your vehicle stolen".
