Sadly, Bathworks ruined my bathroom renovation. Tho the quality of the products we picked out were fine, the knowledge of the salesperson who assisted us was limited and she had advised us to purchasing incompatible items. Despite the owners insistence they are compatible, they are not. I have video and pictures that show this. Very arrogant and had a very poor experience. Very grumpy with you if you dont have an appointmnet through your contractor. Tried visiting twice. First time was reluctantly let in as they had no other customers in the store. Second time with scheduled appointment we could not even get in the door. Don't waste your time here.
Service was cordial, expeditious, and beyond the call of duty. Kim went to a lot of trouble to figure-out and order a replacement Mounting Kit for my DVX toilet seat. When I came to fetch the kit, ready to pay, I was advised there was “No charge” because the toilet is still under warranty.
