Great experience shopping at Bathworks! Molly was very knowledgeable about all of the products and gave us lots of recommendations for our bathroom renovation, and made the process very easy for us. The products in this store are top notch, and we look forward to shopping here again!

Bathworks Ajax provided me with excellent service, a beautiful showroom with a great selection of products, and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Deanna was patient and helped me choose products that met my needs. She responded promptly to my calls as my renovation project unfolded. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service.
Great service and assistance with my bathroom renovation. Molly was very helpful with ordering a custom vanity, suggesting shower and tap fixtures and towel racks/hooks. She showed us good quality items that were more reasonably priced and I am extremely happy with all my purchases.
As a high-end remodeling contractor, my reputation depends entirely on the quality of my materials and the reliability of my suppliers. Bathworks consistently delivers top-tier plumbing fixtures that meet my luxury standards, but it is Molly who truly sets them apart. Her exceptional product knowledge, attention to detail, and proactive communication ensure that my custom projects run seamlessly and stay on schedule. She is an invaluable asset to my business, and I cannot recommend her or Bathworks highly enough.
