I purchased a bathroom vanity from this company. Two months after it was installed I discovered that the water would not drain out of the bottom of the drain. It sat in there until it was wiped out. I couldn’t even push it down with my finger. I emailed Deanna, the sales person, to let her know the problem. She told me that they are sometimes designed that way to prevent splashing and directed me to contact the company who makes them. We recently purchased all of our faucets, shower heads and sink from this store. It is very modern and has a large selection to choose from. Deanna was amazing to work with. We purchased several items for our home renovation 8 years ago from Bathworks in Ajax and one of those items was a bathroom vanity. A few weeks ago we noticed that when we lifted the mirror to access the cabinet that it wasn’t staying up. The pistons were failing. Sales person very friendly and helpful, very competitive in pricing, I recommend to do your homework so you have a idea on pricing. Lots to choose from in higher end products.
We have been very pleased with the customer service provided by Molly. She patiently helped us navigate all the choices for our kitchen and bathrooms for our new build and all products were delivered on time.
