Look like modern products but very poor service, expensive price. Stuff had poor knowledge of products. First time and last time, never again.

I just walked into this store. I have previously purchased many items from here. Although expensive, they have a wide variety of options. However, today, 4 people are working. 2 ladies talking amongst themselves. A gentleman who looks like he wants to fall asleep at his desk, and another, on the phone. As I made myself visible so she knew I had a question to ask, she picked up the phone again to make another call. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I guess they don't need the business. I won't be returning.

I purchased a bathroom vanity from this company. Two months after it was installed I discovered that the water would not drain out of the bottom of the drain. It sat in there until it was wiped out. I couldn’t even push it down with my finger. I emailed Deanna, the sales person, to let her know the problem. She told me that they are sometimes designed that way to prevent splashing and directed me to contact the company who makes them.
