Booked online. Said 1215 to 1pm. Showed up at 1205 "too early therefore MOT will take 130hs". Ok? 3hs later they call "issue with two tires (coincidence that in a whole car that has no issues the specific problem is in the tyres, in a place called protyre... Anyway). Quoted £99 for the tyres which after VAT and fitting total £270? After complaining lowered to £220. Whatever, there's nothing I can do. Will be ready by 5pm (Friday). What a change to find such an honest bunch of mechanics, They check your tyres for free and won't co-erse you into getting replacements unless the tyres are done, No wonder you were so busy today. Thanks

I recently took my car in to have two new tyres. The tyre mechanic noticed a very dangerous fault on my car, that had he had not picked up could have had serious consequences to me and other road users. The mechanic was very detailed in his explanation and let me take videos and photos to evidence to my car manufacturer what the major issue was!
