Do not buy from this business! Order was never shipped, phones and emails never answered.
Disgusted that this company is still taking online orders when it appears that it has closed down. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. After spending 2 hours driving out to the store a week ago to try and get some answers, the store was still closed and looked dishevelled inside (see photos). I have had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back on an order placed in December. I understand that businesses close over Christmas but this was well past the advertised reopening date. Ordered a vanity unit. Chased them up numerous times. No returned calls. Finally they stated the delay was the unit they had in stock was broken. Coincidently enough, delivered us a broken vanity. Claimed that they had no responsibility for that. Had no interest in resolving the issue. Basically profited from our loss. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
Ordered tapware back in November. My renovation has started and I cannot get a response as to when the taps will be here, which is delaying plumbing and waterproofing. I have tried calling and emailing for weeks, but the phone line disconnects after being on hold for 30 mins, and no one has responded to my emails. I understand that this may be a supplier issue, but I can't even get in touch to cancel the order, so that an alternative can be organised.
** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** Ordered a vanity top months ago, they never delivered it and after numerous emails and contact they still will not refund the money. Response to owner: The order is in my partners name. Maybe you should spent more time replying to customer emails and calls, rather than reviews as it seems in not the only person who has this issue.
