*UPDATE* I have supplied Alana with the email trail showing I purchased from Bathware Direct. I have spend around $10000 on items from Bathware direct, over 2 invoices in March and September. The staff are great before you pay. There were multiple errors with the invoicing that weren't picked up, when I pointed the errors out, they were corrected. I found 3 pop up wastes missing from the order when they were due to be installed 1 month after the delivery (should have checked it at the time of delivery I know). Called bathwar... read more
