I was very disappointed about some of these reviews! I have been going here to recycle bottles for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect. In fact, I was there this morning, and because I was upset and stressed, the owners both did the bottles for me! I’m so appreciative of your kindness! I recommend this business highly!

Dealing with the woman who runs this place can be a harrowing experience. She's known to become belligerent, confrontational and openly hostile for no apparent reason. Fortunately, there is now a bulk processing depot in Orange, located at 1635 Forest Road. And as a bonus, the profits go to Wangarang Industries (naturally, they still pay the depositor the same 10c per unit as everywhere else).

I have never experienced any problems with Bathurst Recycling & am very happy to have somewhere to return & earn so efficiently. The staff are always helpful & I appreciate when they offer to help

We have been going here for nearly 10 years now. the staff are efficient and helpful and always get the job done as quickly as possible. I read a few bad reviews on here and feel they are very unfair to the owners. This isn't a café, its a recycling centre. Get in and out as quickly as possible and you'll make way for the next person. Follow their instructions and there wont be a problem. This isn't an easy job and I'm sure most people wouldn't want to do it.
