My daughter and I had been around the area looking to buy. We were not at all impressed until we walked into Bathurst Mazda. My daughter drove away with a great CX-5. Graeme in sales was fantastic and a big thank you to him and Cassandra for giving my daughter a wonderful experience in buying her first car. Love your work guys, we will be back
No sales team wanted to help...just got looked up and down and then avoided. Its a shame as i bought my last car here 6 years ago and they were great, so i dont know whats happened there
Took my Mazda cx7 to get it checked as the engine light was on, they booked me in straight away, they found the problem called me to let me know what it was and they fixed it straight away. I couldn’t ask for better service!
I'm writing this a couple of weeks late unfortunately. My wife and I were doing a little sight-seeing. We live on the NSW South Coast. Driving along and the check engine light came on. Called NRMA, told it'll be a couple of hours - no problem. After about 20 minutes I decided to try and move the car to a slightly safer position - no check engine light.
