Purchased Hyundai Venue, Stephanie Gaut was very helpful, telling us about the different models. Steph was very knowledgeable, explaining all procedures of purchasing the Venue. Would recommend Bathurst Motor Group
Overall, I had a very positive experience. There was great communication and updates from Steph in regard to when my car was arriving and it ended up arriving a lot faster than I was expecting which is also a bonus. The only thing stopping me from providing a 5 star review was the the "on the day" process when I was picking up my car. I was there for over 2 hours and it felt a little disorganised. The only other negative was sadly my brand new $400 number plates were damaged/bent when they we being removed from my old car. H... read more
