My car broke down unexpectedly today when returning to Sydney, we drove back to Bathurst & asked Bathurst Holden service centre if they could look at it, Cameron & the team were amazing, above & beyond in making sure we looked after, Cameron was supportive, informative & ensured we could make important decisions.
So after being told I can't get a new key without them seeing the car, pay for the tow down their for a new key and blue slip. Then proceeded to be told it'll cost top much to do. When I enquired how much they said thousands and I'm like and ... Then the truth comes out the boss doesn't want to do it. Why would you want to have me tow it there to refuse the work, to now cost me to tow it home with you refusing to do the work. Didn't know people were so flush after the pandemic.
