This was a great place, prior to the takeover. Now it's dead.
Terrible! Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
We have to express disappointment with the service and product quality of our purchase of timber sliding glass doors. Although BG&W have been pleasant to deal with, the service and product quality has been sorely lacking. Our screen doors have never been able to be closed properly since installation. The manager, Robbie came out to check the doors in late October 2021 and advised that one if the the screen doors was warped and needed replacing. At that time he estimated 3 weeks.
