Busy place
Have always been very happy with this car Wash until today. I paid $22 for the top wash and was very disappointed with the result. Even the back window was still filthy. Not very friendly service either. I took my car back 10 minutes later and spoke to the staff who refused acknowledge that it was a poor job. I had to point out every detail I wasn't happy with and then he argued that it wasn't their problem. Very poor service & attitude.
What a disgusting filthy place. All the bays were full of mud and assorted filth. The vacuuming area was even worse. The place smelt like the tip. The place looks like there is no maintenance or care by the owners or staff. There are plenty of other car wash’s in Bathurst fortunately. Them not having a website or email and don’t answer the phone is more than likely a sign they don’t want feedback. Thank goodness for Google reviews. Used the dog wash today to bathe my dogs and they were both filthy and one was blocked with puppy pee pads and black dog hair and the other one was blocked with dog hair and didn't drain properly. I have used this facility on a few occassions but won't be back again, will use petstock or petbarns facilites in future.
I went through the touch free car wash today, spending $22 for the wash. Extremely disappointed in the result ……. All along both sides of my car it’s still dirty! I usually am happy with the result on previous occasions, however this was pathetic.
