The installation of the tub and walls looks good, but when the old tub was removed the installer removed the insulation around the old tub and the installer didn't put it back in so now I am left with a noisy tub when running the water to fill the tub. When they came to get final payment l mentioned it , They said they would look into if l could get some restitution for the noise, never heard back from them.This job was done back in April 2025. So happy with the recent bathtub removal and installation of a walk in shower— looks great and much safer! The work was done quickly and with great care to the remainder of the room. Each afternoon before leaving, the room (which was usable during the changeover) was cleaned, the floor washed and very little disruption occurred. This is the third time having Bathtub King make changes to a bathroom and again, very pleased with not only the outcome but with the care taken during the process. Bathtub king was amazing they came out quick for an estimate. Then scheduled the job within the same week and voila brand new bathtub. Work was professional and there was no foul odours from the paint as they had a venting system. Thank you !
